Alternative Investments in VA's

Is anyone aware of VA contracts that have alternative investments as sub accounts? An option to short the market? or employ similar strategies to the Dent ETF. I am only aware of JNL, any other ideas.

I saw a yes but didn't see any info about any insurance cos that offer a Dent managed sub account. Does anyone know of one?

HS Dent Inv Management is the advisor to the Dent Strategic Portfolio, a mutual fund available only inside of the Security Benefit Secure Designs VA. The DSP fund is managed in a similar fashion to the Dent Tactical ETF.
